Memberships
All memberships once transacted are final. Under the current rules, the membership runs from 1st July – 30th June each year.
Membership Discount Eligibility:
The membership discount applies to food and beverages purchased within the designated club space located upstairs at 29 Sydney Rd Brunswick 3056.
Members are entitled to a 10% discount on their food and beverage purchases when paying in the designated club space upstairs. This discount is not to be used in conjunction with any other offers
Discount Usage:
The membership discount is non-transferable and is only applicable when the member whose name appears on the membership card is present and paying for their own purchases.
Sharing or lending membership cards to others for the purpose of obtaining discounts is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to misuse membership cards will result in the immediate revocation of membership privileges.
Approval for Guests:
Guests are not permitted in the Member's area unless advance approval has been given by management.
Enforcement and Penalties:
Club staff will monitor discount usage and reserves the right to request identification to verify membership status.
Any violation of the discount policy, including attempted misuse or sharing of membership cards, will result in immediate disciplinary action, which may include the suspension or termination of membership privileges.
Repeat offenses or serious breaches of club policies may result in the revocation of the membership discount card and potential expulsion from the club.
Cards:
Members will receive a digital membership card with a unique QR code sent to their email, and they will be able to collect a physical card at the venue.
Regularly communicate the discount policy to members through email newsletters, signage within the club space, and updates on the club's website or social media channels.
Policy Review:
This discount policy will be periodically reviewed and updated as necessary to ensure its effectiveness and alignment with the club's goals and values.
Events
All purchases and subscriptions once sold are final as our events require us to pre-book and pre-pay for all guests. Patrons attending our events may be photographed for information and promotional purposes. Please direct the official photographer as to your wishes if you do not consent to being photographed.
Payments
Amounts on this website are expressed in Australian Dollars. Overseas customers will be billed by their bank at prevailing exchange rates which are not under the control of The Celtic Club.
